BOOKING CONDITIONS:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. No safari is considered reserved until the required deposit is paid. Travelers checks and VISA cards will not be accepted. All transfers to be paid in US Dollars by wire transfer only. Any other payment agreement must be authorized in writing.

• 1st Deposit: 100% of the total “Daily Rates” required to secure the safari dates. Certain dangerous game species may require deposits to secure the quota.
• 2nd Deposit: Any “Additional Costs” and additional “Daily Rates” required 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Final Payment: Total “Trophy Fees” and additionally incurred costs are required at the end of the safari.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• There will be no refund on any deposits if a client cancels within six (6) months of the contracted starting date of the hunt.
• Should a client cancel before this date, and a replacement can be booked, 50% of the total daily rates will be refunded.
• Government and third-party related fees, such as licenses, permits, road transfers, and air charters will not be refunded whatsoever.
• Should a client postpone to the following year, the deposit will only be rolled over to the following year if a replacement can be booked.

DAILY RATES INCLUDE:

• Meet & greet at nearest international airport.
• Camp accommodations during the safari. Rooms are cleaned daily, and laundry done regularly.
• Licensed professional hunter with equipped hunting vehicle.
• Skinners, trackers, and camp staff.
• Locally sourced soft drinks, juices, and bottled water.
• Locally sourced alcoholic beverages in moderation.
• All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and snacks.

DAILY RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• All international and domestic flights, air and road charters, travel visas & airport taxes.
• Accommodation before & after the safari.
• All insurances, including but not limited to: Medical evacuation, trip cancellation, trophies, personal belongings and personal health.
• All trophy fees. Animals that are wounded and not found will incur 15% Value Added Tax.
• Taxidermy, dipping, packing & collection of trophies.
• Staff gratuities.
• Additional transfers between areas and side excursions.

INDEMNITY, INSURANCE & CLIENT CONTRACT:

• All safari activities are potentially dangerous, and all lawful directions of the company’s directors, associates, and/or staff must be followed. The company, its directors, staff, and associates will not be held responsible for any individual’s negligence, loss, illness, damage, delays, or accident before, during or after the safari, or for any costs incurred as a result thereof.
• It is the clients’ responsibility to arrange their own travel, medical, evacuation or personal insurances. ‘Ripcord Comprehensive Travel Protection’ and ‘Global Rescue’ are commonly used by the hunting fraternity.
• Each client is advised to seek advice from their doctor regarding personal first aid, necessary prescriptions and medications.
• Upon booking, all clients will be required to complete and sign the visitors contract, which includes a client information form, indemnity form, and pre-amble, before the safari begins.

PERMITS AND LICENSING:

Each hunter may require a hunting license or permit issued in their name by the respective country or province’s legal authority. Species marked * require CITES and/or TOPS permits. We will obtain these on the hunter’s behalf however they should be applied for well in advance to avoid disappointment. Clients must apply for their own CITES or relevant animal import permits into their home country.

PROTOCOLS & REGULATIONS:

Certain species may at any time be unavailable to hunt without prior notice. Due to small quota allocations on certain species, clients are requested to enquire and reserve animals to avoid disappointment. Shooting from or near vehicles and buildings is prohibited. Hunting will be conducted on foot, or from dedicated hides where permitted. All weapons will be sighted on the range before hunt commences. Alcohol consumption will not be permitted whilst hunting or handling firearms.
